1 name panel (board) with a stand number (maximum 25 characters)

Spotlights (1 per 3m²)

Height of the shell is 2.5m

1 power socket with 1KW mainline connection

Customise your stand with graphics. These must be purchased directly on the webshop.

Webshop Login

Please note: webshop will open July 2024

We have appointed abooth as the official shell scheme contractor. 

To submit your graphics and order any additional furniture/services you will be sent a login to the Sustainable Packaging Summit webshop. 

The webshop will open in July 2024 and you will be contacted closer to this time with your login details via email.

If you do not receive your login, please check your junk/trash folders. If you are unable to find the email, please contact Shona Clacher.


Important Deadlines

Your name board will show your company name and stand number, you have already submitted this information on your initial exhibitor form, please check that it’s correct here.

Please note: name boards cannot be changed on-site.

No furniture is included in your package. Instead, you can order directly on the webshop. A full range of audio-visual equipment can be hired for the duration of the exhibition. If you require AV equipment, please visit the webshop.

There is complimentary WI-FI throughout the building suitable for general browsing.  If you require a dedicated hardwire for your exhibition stand please order this via Freek Heuberger by the deadline.

Please ensure you have registered your ticket allocation on our registration platform using your unique link. If you cannot locate this link, please email Shona Clacher and we will resend the link.

All exhibitors need to provide a risk assessment for your stand build and any activities that will be happening on your stand. Please send this to Shona Clacher by the deadline. 

Please provide a copy of your public liability insurance certificate and send to Shona Clacher no later than the deadline.

Whilst we take very precaution to protect your property during the event, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend that you buy insurance cover. You are responsible for insuring against legal liability incurred in respect of bodily injury to third parties or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditures against cancellation and abandonment or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

Exhibitors may distribute literature and handouts only from their exhibition stand. However, as a conscious effort towards sustainability measures, we do ask all exhibitors to consider the need to print documents or handout physical leaflets at the summit. Please do consider more sustainable options such as QR codes, online brochures etc.
