You must register in advance of the event. If you turn up having not registered, we can't guarantee you entry and ticket prices will increase.

Click on the "Buy Tickets" page, select your ticket and create an account.

All Packaging Europe events are listed on the events section of our website.

You can also sign up to receive our events newsletters at packagingeurope.com.

You can obtain your invoice by logging onto the Event Platform. Click on 'My Profile' then 'Download your Invoice'. Alternatively, click the button below.

Attending an In-Person Event

This year's event will take place at Beurs van Berlage, Damrak 243, 1012 ZJ Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

For most events we are able to set aside a limited number of tickets for members of the press in advance. If you would like to request a press pass or have a media enquiry about an event, please email: community@packagingeurope.com.

Doors open approximately 30 minutes before the advertised start time. 

Free Wi-Fi is available for all those who attend events at the Beurs Van Berlage.

Log in details can be found at reception upon arrival.

Filming and/or photography takes place at all our events. Footage and images are used to promote the work of Packaging Europe and to further the reach of our events. Where filming and/or photography will be taking place, clear signage will be displayed at the event. 

We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from under 18s. Bookings must be made by a parent, teacher or guardian. Children age 14-18 can attend an event unaccompanied if they have the consent of their parent or guardian.

An e-ticket is issued for bookable events and will be attached to your booking confirmation email, please bring it with you. You can also view your QR code by clicking the button below.

Yes, if disruption is kept to a minimum for those in attendance.

We are committed to ensuring that the widest number of people can enjoy our events. Please ensure you notify us upon registration of any requirements. Please refer to the individual events pages for further information. Free entrance is offered to companions or carers of disabled visitors.

There are several car parks located near the venue, such as Parking Centrum Oosterdok and IJDock.

If you require first aid during the build-up, event, or break-down, please go to the organiser’s office or alert a member of event or venue staff. The organiser’s office is located just behind the registration desk in the Beursfoyer.
