Extended Producer Responsibility has become increasingly significant in both the European Union and the United States as part of efforts to manage waste and encourage more sustainable practices. However, there are notable differences in how EPR is implemented in the two regions. In this session, we will hear perspectives from both regions on the learnings from the different approaches in EPR implementation.
