Assembly and dismantling information

The exhibition hall will be available to exhibitors and their contractors for set up as follows:

Assembly: Sunday 9th November

On arrival please make your way to the main entrance on Jaarbeursplein and collect your badge from the registration desk, a member of the team will show you to your stand.

15:00 – 18:00 – Exhibitor access to Expo Hall to set up stand.

Please ensure your booth/stand is set up by 18:00 entrance to the hall will not be permitted after this time.

Upon your arrival, kindly proceed to the registration desk situated in the Central Hall Beatrix building to obtain your name badge. One of our team members will be available to assist you in locating your exhibition stand.

Dismantling: Wednesday 12th November

16:00 – 19:00 – Breakdown for exhibitors

Exhibitors should remain on their stands and refrain from dismantling until the exhibition hall officially closes and is cleared of visitors on Wednesday 12th November. If you have a courier arriving to collect goods, please do not ask them to arrive any earlier than 16:00 or they maybe turned away by the venue.  When leaving the venue please remove any waste, this includes literature not in a box, and anything NOT being collected by a courier. 

Age Restrictions

No person under the age of 18 will be admitted to the venue during set up and breakdown. This applies to exhibitors’ and contractors’ children. Please ensure your staff and contractors are aware of this rule.

Storage and delivery

Storage and couriers Please note, there is no storage facilities at the Jaarbeurs. We therefore strongly advise you to contact their recommend logistic company: DB Schenker.

On Sunday 9th November, DB Schenker will move your items to your stand location ready for you to set up from 15:00pm.

Deliveries will only be accepted from Sunday 9th November from 15:00pm.

To deliver large stand materials to the Expo Hall, you can report to the side gate at Mineurslaan, at door 503. Mineurslaan is a side street of the Croeselaan to the right of the Beatrix Building. Here you can load and unload. We request that you keep the entrance clear for transport, etc

At the security office (inside), you can ask for a card to load and unload. With this card, you have a maximum of 30 minutes to load/unload, so other guests also have sufficient time. After this, you must park your car in the parking areas on the other side of the Jaarbeurs Exhibition Hall complex or in the Croeselaan Parking Garage. The nearest parking spaces of Jaarbeurs within walking distance of the Beatrix Building are P2, P4, and P6. After parking, you can walk indoors through the Exhibition Hall complex to the Beatrix Building (about 10-minute walk).

Deliveries will only be accepted from Sunday 9th November from 15:00pm.

If you only have small stand materials, you can park directly in parking areas P2, P4, or P6 of Jaarbeurs. From here, you can walk through the Hall complex and the boulevard to the revolving doors to the Central Hall of the Beatrix Building, where the Expo Hall is also located. This is about a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, you can park directly in the Croeselaan Parking Garage.

Loading bay information

For the purpose of delivering large booth materials in the Expo Hall, you can check in at the side door to the Mineurslaan, at door 503. The Mineurslaan is a side street of the Croeselaan right of the Beatrix building. Here you can load and unload. We ask you to keep the entrance clear for money transportation etc.

You have up to 30 minutes to load / unload in order to offer other guests also ample space. After loading/ unloading, you can park at one of the car parks.

If you have arranged a courier to collect your materials on Wednesday 12th of November please ensure the package are properly labelled with the return address. Your courier must collect the items from the Expo Hall by 19:00pm on Wednesday 12th November.

The venue cannot store any packages. If you require this service, you must contact DB Schenker.
