ICPG is the innovator behind XPP Polypropylene Solutions, a PS replacement solution for rigid thermoformed & form-fill-seal food packaging applications. This material maintains all the benefits of current PS solutions but in the form of a more sustainable & recyclable solution compared to PS & PET alternatives that offers compatibility with existing thermoforming & FFS equipment and tooling.

In addition to our XPP solutions, ICPG produces custom material solutions in polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, PET, PET-G and EVOH in monolayer extrusion, extrusion lamination, and multi-layer barrier and non-barrier coextrusion. ICPG offers development and support services including design & process consultation, material replacement & development trials, and on-site technical support.
