Bertrand Conquéret is President of the Henkel Global Supply Chain B.V., located in Amsterdam, and Global Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. He is passionate about responsible leadership, transformation, performance, and collaboration.

Bertrand co-founded the Together for Sustainability initiative in 2011, and the Sustainability Procurement Pledge in 2019, which empowers procurement teams to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

With a focus on sustainability, he has strategically transformed the Henkel global supply chain to support reduced carbon emissions.

Henkel’s 100% responsible sourcing strategy is a key component of the company’s Purposeful Growth strategy. Bertrand supports the strategy by developing supply chains that contribute to a low-carbon economy, strive to use circular economy practices, and drive social progress by respecting human rights. He is developing strategies and supplier relationship to address Scope 3 carbon emissions, which are the most challenging and complex to track. This reflects Bertrand’s full commitment to ensuring he and his team do all they can to support environmental sustainability.
