Katrin Zeiler is the Senior Director of Zero Waste World and Customer Innovation & Solution for Europe. In this role, she spearheads disruptive and innovative customer collaboration initiatives, aiming to optimise customer experience, create smarter and more sustainable supply chains across the region. Prior to CHEP, she held various leadership roles in the logistics industry, driving transformative initiatives on a global scale, leveraging her extensive experience in global innovation, with expertise in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, and sustainable logistics solutions.
