Denis is an International MBA holder (English/Mandarin) from The Schulich School of Business. His specializations are in business strategy and marketing. He graduated on the Dean's List at the top of his cohort. During his program, he also studied at Beijing University’s Guanghua School of Management.

Denis has over a decade of work experience spanning strategy, research, operations, marketing, sales, and management. Prior to Lasso, he worked with the MaRS Discovery District to identify urgent municipal needs centered around the environment, equity, and infrastructure. His research resulted in a better understanding of city budgets, waste management resources, and priorities.

With a knowledge of four languages and cultures, Denis is better able to communicate the importance of sustainability, winning Lasso funding and positions in multiple accelerators, incubators, and competitions.
