Brendan co-founded Senoptica Technologies, a deep tech university spin out company whose mission is to help global retailers reduce food waste. He has extensive experience in the food industry with strong background in the commercial disciplines of innovation, marketing and sales. He has grown portfolios worth over £500m and led large cross functional teams to deliver award winning World first innovations. Brendan holds an MBA (1st Class) from UCD Smurfit Business School, Ireland.
