Sophia Chrysopoulou is Head of Public Policy for Europe at The Coca-Cola Company, leading strategy development, stakeholder engagement and advocacy in the areas of EU public policy, such as environmental sustainability, food, trade policies.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Sophia worked for the Liberal Group in the European Parliament as Policy Adviser in the Inter-institutional Relations and Networking Unit, responsible for COSAC, Eastern Neighbourhood Parliamentary Assembly, NATO Parliamentary Assembly and relations with National Parliaments.
Previously, she was the Head of Office of a Member of European Parliament and responsible for the Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. She has started her career as EU Policy Adviser for the European Publishers Council, working on issues related to advertising, copyright and telecommunications.


Sophia is an economist with an MA in European Public Affairs from the University of Maastricht. She speaks Greek, English, French and German. She lives in Brussels and has two daughters.
