Ulrike Sapiro is Chief Sustainability Officer at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, an international DAX-40 company for consumer products and adhesives technologies. Ulrike and her team are responsible corporate sustainability strategy and governance, reporting and disclosure, as well as external and internal engagement on key ESG topics.



Prior to joining Henkel, Ulrike held European and global sustainability leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, with focus on environmental and social issues, and RWE Thames Water, a UK-based private water and wastewater company.



Ulrike holds a Masters degree in political science from the University of Munich, with work experience in recruitment and tech start-ups. In 2022 and 2023, she was recognized as one of the Global Top 100 Sustainability Leaders.
