Migrating from Poland to Berlin, Marcin began his studies at the Technische Universität Berlin and earned an MBA from Freie Universität. Marcin's entrepreneurial journey began with a family building cleaning business, followed by ventures in leisure and recruitment. Driven by sustainability and a desire to reduce waste in packaging, Marcin co-founded Inuru with a childhood friend. In 2022, Inuru transitioned from a startup to a mid-sized enterprise, producing self-powered, sustainable OLED labels. As Inuru's CEO, Marcin actively oversees production, focusing on technology refinement. He envisions a world where labels promote sustainability without resource mining. Under his leadership, Inuru has received numerous awards, including 4 Ad Stars in 2020, The World Packaging Award in 2019 and 2017, and the German Innovation Award in 2018.
