Marianne has been working with global customers to support their journey towards sustainable packaging solutions for over 13 years. As the Head of Smooth Molded Fiber in Huhtamaki, she has commercial responsibilities across Europe, Asia, and Oceania in providing alternative packaging solutions from plastic to fiber.

She is passionate about finding a fit-for-purpose packaging solution, ensuring quality, sustainability, and functionality for customers. It is in her best interest to help customers drive products to market successfully.

Marianne holds a Master's degree of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University School of Economics. She has long-term experience in international sales and sales development as well as leading international teams; in year 2020, she was nominated as one of the top 35 under 35 young business talents by Talouselämä business magazine in Finland and a top 10 finalists in 'Young Leader of the Year' competition Fall 2019. Before working at Huhtamaki, Marianne worked in an international role at Metso Automation.
