John Ryan is the R&D director for packaging, within this position, John leads the INZ R&D packaging team, covering all the world except for North America. The packaging INZ team manage NPD projects, commissioning of new factories/new production lines, technology and owns the value proposition for packaging. John has been in the business for over 24 years, of which the vast majority was within a packaging role. John holds a bachelor’s in applied biology from the university of Ulster.
