Ryan is the CEO and founder of Aeropowder, a startup creating a new circular economy from surplus feathers. Aeropowder's first innovation to market is Pluumo, a thermal packaging solution that is designed to replace expanded polystyrene as an insulator in the food and pharmaceutical cold chains. Before Aeropowder, Ryan received his PhD from Imperial College London where he studied the effects of air pollution on the lungs. He is an Echoing Green Climate Fellow and has being featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List. Outside of work, you can find Ryan perfecting the next recipe in his kitchen.
