His personal goal is to listen, develop and grow as an individual in a business environment that is rapidly changing the way it produces and manages its branded consumer products.

His specialties include pre-press, design, artwork, and print management. An auditor of design and print management agencies, he has print experience in flexography, lithography, screen-print, digital, and gravure printing techniques. Other experience includes graphical and structural design, retail-ready packaging, POS/ POP, colour harmonisation, SMART artwork design, open innovation, collaboration, and strategy, and he is also a Data Champion.
