Jarek serves as Vice President of Product Management at Vioneo, where he drives the alignment of product strategy, commercial growth, and P&L performance. He is a global business leader with broad experience in strategy development, business integration, restructuring, and operational excellence.

Drawing on his experience with Dow and Trinseo, Jarek brings a strong record in sustainability leadership, business management, and restructuring. He has led cross-functional initiatives across global organizations, driving growth, client-centric solutions and value chain collaborations.

In his spare time, he skies with his wife and three children and loves dogs.
