Caroline has more then 25 years of experience in packaging development. After graduating as an Industrial Engineer at the Technical University in Delft on developing a pill packaging for the menopause for Organon, her passion for packaging development was born. She worked for different companies like Zwapak, Sara Lee/ DE and Unilever. Going from packaging for flowers and plants, to body care products like deodorants, shampoo, and baby care products. For almost fourteen years she, is now working at FrieslandCampina, a dairy company with a wide range of products. From plain milk, yoghurt and cheese, to sweetened condensed, evaporated and powdered milk. Supported by a broad range of packaging types, fit for the occasion. She worked with all different business groups within FrieslandCampina, including being based for several years in Singapore, managing the packaging team and building the packaging portfolio in Asia. Today, she is the global R&D director packaging development, setting and driving the global FrieslandCampina packaging agenda, with a team of packaging professionals based in Europe and Asia.
