He is responsible for strategic packaging innovation to support the fast business growth with challenges from consumerism to supply chain as well as sustainability. Prior to Mengniu, Frank served at Procter & Gamble for 10 years at its innovation center in Beijing. He had developed new packages across multiple categories serving various business sectors and regions. He keeps strong expertise on technology innovation and sustainable package development with superior user experience which is based on the deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
