Jonathan Cage is the Director of Business Development at ICPG, where he leverages over 35 years of experience in the plastics and packaging industry to drive growth through innovation and collaboration. His deep technical expertise spans application and process development, as well as product innovation across both barrier and non-barrier rigid packaging solutions. At ICPG, Jonathan plays a key role in advancing the company’s sustainable material technologies for the food and medical markets, helping customers achieve performance, efficiency, and recyclability goals. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University – Miller College of Business and an MBA from Fontbonne University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
