Didi Gan is the Managing Director and Founder of N&E Innovations Pte Ltd, Singapore. She is a University of Melbourne graduate committed to advancing sustainable biotechnology. Under her leadership, N&E has upcycled over 2 tons of food waste to create ViKANG a natural antimicrobial agent powering biodegradable, antimicrobial packaging that extends food shelf life by up to 4X and reduces reliance on synthetic preservatives.

Honored with the UN Global Compact Sustainable Solutions Award (2022) and the Cartier Young Leadership Award (2024), Didi continues to pioneer circular, eco-innovations that transform food waste into sustainable materials for a cleaner, greener future.
