Lou joined Kelpi in January 2024, bringing over 18 years of experience in the global beauty industry across Trends, Packaging Innovation and Account Management. She has worked with both major FMCG companies and independent brands. As Commercial Account Manager at Kelpi, Lou works closely with clients across food, drink, personal and homecare categories, to commercialise their sustainable biobased coating from concept through to launch.
