Ewa Weglinska is the ecosystem engagement manager at Avery Dennison, focusing on packaging trends, FMCG brand engagement and circular packaging. In her role, Ewa connects players across the label industry to understand the needs of FMCG brands and the broader ecosystem including machinery suppliers, label converters, regulatory requirements and recyclers.

Ewa joined Avery Dennison in 2018 as an intern in product management within the security segment. Transitioning to product manager for the pharmaceutical and healthcare category she developed a strong technical background in PSL and pharmaceutical applications. Ewa also launched AD Procerta, a new business model that drives innovation by offering label material testing services and insights from the labeling ecosystem.
