Dr. Dietmar Lenko holds a Master's degree in Polymer Engineering and Science and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Leoben. He began his career as a Program Manager Engineering TDI in Shanghai, focusing on production processes in high-end electronics. Since 2017, he has led Group Technical Innovation at Constantia Flexibles, and since 2020, he has also been the Strategic Product Manager for Sustainability in Home and Personal Care. In 2024, he took on the role of VP Consumer Innovation & Product Sustainability, driving product-related innovation and sustainability initiatives. He is also a guest lecturer at FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria.
