Rob is a member of the Executive Leadership team at the Foundation, where he leads the Plastics and Finance initiatives. In Plastics, the Foundation works with businesses, governments, and NGOs to eliminate the plastics we don't need, and circulate the plastics we still use. The Foundation has united over 1,000 organisations behind a common circular economy vision through its Global Commitment and Plastics Pacts network, and advocates for policy change, including through the Business Coalition for a Global Plastics Treaty. The Foundation's Finance initiative seeks to support companies, investors, and financial institutions to mobilise capital towards the circular economy, to further expand the $300 billion the circular economy has already attracted over the last decade. Before arriving at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Rob worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. A computer scientist by training, he also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
