Mike is the Managing Director of EPRO, an international circular plastics association. Members are producer responsibility organisations (PROs), national collection bodies, or plastic recycling associations. Mike has 33 years’ experience in the waste management and recycling industry and throughout his career has been heavily involved in the plastics recycling supply chain. Around half of his career has been spent in commercial and operational roles and the remainder as a consultant. Areas of specialism include the collection and treatment of recyclables, materials recycling, markets for secondary raw materials, extended producer responsibility (EPR), and waste policy & legislation.
