Over 30+ years, Ton Knipscheer has built a strong reputation in the European packaging industry, combining strategic leadership with international expertise. At the Weidenhammer Packaging Group, he managed the global Pringles account and later served as interim Customer Service Director in the UK, gaining deep experience in complex client management and cross-border operations. Since 2016, Ton has advised leading packaging companies as a consultant, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. From 2021 to 2024, he joined German start-up watttron as International Sales Director, driving global growth and forging partnerships with major brand owners and co-packers. Today, as Executive Director of the European Co-Packers Association (ECPA), Ton champions the role of co-packers and co-manufacturers, shaping industry dialogue through conventions, trade shows, and keynote presentations. He also serves as juror of the NL Packaging Awards, is an active member of the Dutch Packaging Association, and consults for ThePackHub, extending his global industry reach.
