With a deep commitment to sustainability and circular economy, Hanh is leading BUYO in providing a breakthrough technology to transform organic waste into bio-based and biodegradable materials to replace plastics. BUYO has received multiple international awards and built a firm partnership with customers from USA, Europe and Asia for its innovation and impacts in protecting the planet. Before founding BUYO, Hanh was the Director at Esquel Group, one of the world’s leading apparel and textile manufacturers, where she led multiple business functions, including business development, strategy, finance, human resources, government affairs, and retail. Hanh's earlier career also included serving as Chief Representative of Viet Capital Asset Management and Economic Growth Specialist at USAID Vietnam, where she advised on business restructuring, innovation, and economic growth strategies. Throughout her career, Hanh has been at the forefront of leading organizations on strategy, innovation, and sustainability and building pioneering technology ventures to create positive impacts on our planet and communities.
