Richard Einhorn is Business Development Director at Crane Product Authentication. He has a B.S. in Material Engineering and a master’s in engineering management from Drexel University. Rich spent 15 years at Rohm and Haas in various technical and commercial roles. In 2001, Rich started his involvement within the anti-counterfeiting industry by leading Honeywell’s global Authentication Technologies business. He then led the creation of Cabot Security Materials, Inc. which provided covert materials to central banks and brands. Having facilitated the sale and successful integration of this business into SICPA, Rich was appointed Vice President of Business Development focused on the growth of SICPA’s security businesses in branded and government products. With the onset of the COVID pandemic, Rich took on the role as CEO of MAVEN Diagnostics, a developer of rapid antigen diagnostic tests for COVID and related respiratory diseases. Rich returned to the security industry in 2021, joining Crane Currency to lead its Product Authentication business.
