Mireia Boada is the Certification Manager at Plastics Recyclers Europe. With nearly a decade of experience in plastics recycling, Mireia specialises in traceability of plastics, calculation of recycled content, chain of custody, food contact and sustainable claims.
She leads the certification team at RecyClass, overseeing the Recycling Process and Recycled Plastics Traceability Audit Schemes. Her work ensures that certification frameworks remain robust, practical, and aligned with evolving market demands and regulatory developments.
Mireia is a biologist and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental, Economic and Social Sustainability from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
