Marco, with 25 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry, is a representative voice for sustainability in packaging. He is the first point of contact at Mondi for developing partnerships with retailers and brands to achieve sustainability goals in packaging with flexible solutions (paper, plastic, hybrid paper) and circular business models. His partnership proposal for responsible production and consumption is: “Consume WHAT you love, love HOW you consume”. Having grown up in Venice, Italy, and being a passionate sailor, he experiences the effects of climate change first-hand and is an ambassador for sustainability in business.
