For the past eight years, Carlos has specialized in the packaging industry, holding Sustainability Director roles at leading companies such as Archroma, Amcor, and SIG. In these positions, he has led transformative Sustainability and ESG strategies, focusing on nature-positive outcomes. His initiatives have included developing scalable waste management systems and advancing recycling solutions, particularly in developing countries. Based in Spain, and previously in USA plus Switzerland, Carlos has a global perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the packaging industry. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Austral University, an MBA from IAE Business School, and additional certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy and Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School.
