As Founder and Managing Director of VGV Management Services, I leverage my hands-on experience, expertise and wide-reaching network to assist Companies, Associations and Start-Ups to enhance their performance in sustainability, innovation and supply chain. This includes developing and executing sustainable packaging strategies, guiding FMCG Companies and Associations on how to increase collection, reuse and recycling. I also work with FMCG’s and Private Equity to improve supply chain efficiency, to navigating regulatory changes and M&A initiatives and I’m helping startups focussed on sustainability challenges like carbon footprint accounting and digital tracking or deposit return systems (DRS). Previously, as Vice President of Innovation, Technical, and Supply Chain at Coca-Cola Western Europe, I led a passionate team in driving sustainable growth. Together, we pushed the boundaries of R&D, innovation, and operational excellence, making a significant impact on a $10 billion business with a $600 million annual investment.
