Name board deadline: 29th September

Your name board will show your company name and stand number. You have already submitted this information on your initial exhibitor form, so please check that it’s correct here. Please note: name boards cannot be changed on-site.

Shell scheme graphic deadline: 29th September

Customise your stand with graphics. These must be purchased directly on the Webshop.

Files will be sent to packagingsummit@a-booth.nl by WeTransfer in PDF format: no bleed or crop marks are needed. All dimensions will be available on the webshop. If you have further questions please contact A-booth via email or on +31 (0) 756225581.

Furniture and audio visual deadline: 29th September

No furniture is included in your package. Instead, you can order directly on the Webshop. A full range of audio-visual equipment can be hired for the duration of the exhibition. If you require AV equipment, please visit the Webshop.

Internet request deadline: 10th October

There is complimentary WI-FI throughout the building suitable for general browsing. If you require a dedicated hardwire line to your stand please contact your project manager. 

Badge registration deadline: 6th October

Please ensure you have registered your ticket allocation on our registration platform using your unique link. If you cannot locate this link, please email Elena Mitchell and we will resend the link. Additional paid tickets can also be purchased here.

Risk assessment deadline: 6th October

All exhibitors need to provide a risk assessment for your stand build and any activities that will be happening on your stand. Please send this to Elena Mitchell by the deadline or upload through the link in your project workbook.

Public liability insurance certificate: 6th October

Please provide a copy of your public liability insurance certificate and send to Elena Mitchell no later than the deadline.

Insurance

Whilst we take very precaution to protect your property during the event, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend that you buy insurance cover. You are responsible for insuring against legal liability incurred in respect of bodily injury to third parties or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this, you should protect your expenditures against cancellation and abandonment or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

Handouts

Exhibitors may distribute literature and handouts only from their exhibition stand. However, as a conscious effort towards sustainability measures, we do ask all exhibitors to consider the need to print documents or handout physical leaflets at the summit. Please do consider more sustainable options such as QR codes, online brochures etc.
