Trent Huntington leads packaging sustainability globally for Kraft Heinz Company. With a career spanning renewable energy development, sustainability consulting, clean tech PR and global ecommerce, he has over a decade of experience tackling a variety of sustainability challenges. He’s a leader in developing circular economy strategy, sustainable packaging design, operational waste diversion and green brand development. Strengths include translating the needs of the planet into actionable business cases and building a culture of data-driven decision making. He is also passionate about ‘expanding the tent’ to include everyone on the journey to a more vibrant and equitable planet. Trent is also the author of Team Trash: A Time Traveler’s Guide to Sustainability, a middle grade graphic novel which educates and inspires the next generation of sustainability leaders. He is based in Amsterdam with his partner/co-author and their two dogs which he will gladly show you pictures of if you ask.
